Hi Everyone:
I was trying to find a solution to storing pantyhose: I have my collection stored in the big ziplock bags, but they are bulky and tend to open when lifted. My idea would be to store the pantyhose in the vacuum storage bags, the ones that pull the air out with a vacuum cleaner hose, and they flatten to nothing. You could store the hosiery, save space, and protect it at the same time. Has anyone every tried this before????

It sounds like it would work well, but it would be a pain in the ass if you were always dipping into the bags. You’d have to vacuum them each time you closed them.
I keep most of my collection in their original packages, and store them in office paper cartons. Not only can I keep them straight, but the boxes stack pretty well. I have about eight of these cartons so far.

My girlfriend came up with the genious idea of getting those plastic drawers to store her massive collection. They are very cheap and you can get them in any size and number of drawers and are clear so you can see what they have in them. Great for me to store behind my clothes since I live with a roomie, and I don’t really want him finding my gf’s collection.
The only problem we have found is that they occasionally snag the hose if you catch them on the edges, but if you just put tape or something to cover the sharp edges, it’ll be fine.
This is the best way I have found to separate them so far!
