It’s not that I wish to deny her free speech, I just yearn for a way to swing pantyhose back into favor. Not just with fetishists, but mass appeal. Articles like this do not help. At all.
We live at a time in which, among others, homosexuality, bondage/S&M, leather fetishism, dominance/submission, and even foot/shoe worship are accepted. Varied personal sexual choices are encouraged and embraced.

Interesting article. I did find it informative but merely of opinion of one female. I do not believe that women in general share her voice as a whole.
In contrast to her belittle pantyhose in general, she even argues beyond the point of wearing them in official proper settings. This I find troubleing -I believe her to be more of a renegade as such or that of a 16 year old rebel.
My argument to compare to hers would be dress sense. Knowing when and what to wear.

Well said Robbie. I know for fact women say they “hate” them but in fact they don’t. It’s peer and fashion pressure. I’m sure the women in the article wears tight jeans which are as uncomfortable as pantyhose. Somewhat hypocritical. My wife wears ph all the time and she tells me that ph are NOT uncofmortable….just a lame excuse form some women NOT to wear them. I’m glad I live where I do….here in Canada where women still wear them due to the four seasons we get.

I posted previously that most women would not go in public without their face make-up but they make it acceptable to go public without hose looking like trailer trash sluts with unadorned, blotchy legs, white legs. Who knows? Maybe face make-up is next to go. I think we should all stop wearing socks as a statement to women about not wearing PH/nylons.
Interesting subject. We absolutely understand people - men or women - who donīt like wearing pantyhose for the way they feel on their skin. Well, we think they are right: Pantyhose do feel intense. Some people like this feeling, others donīt like it. That depends on you personal way of perception.
Many of us like wearing pantyhose because we like the soft silky feeling on our skin, a feeling like being slightly caressed. But itīs a fact that not everybody is willing and able to enjoy this feel.
Itīs similar with clothing made of wool. Some like wearing them, others canīt stand the feel on their skin. So we can understand and tolerate both ways.
But what we absolutely donīt like is telling other people what to wear. And it doesnīt matter if someone like Christina Jones tries to tell other women not to wear pantyhose or if someone tries to tell them that they have to wear them.
Itīs a question of your personal choice and taste.
