There could be P2 but the reinforced toe seems a little small for P2. It is quite hard to tell from that shot. The waistband and tiny seams in the crotch area are the main details that help to tell the designs apart.
Ose Angel is a possibility. they are not Fogal, and I am pretty certain they are not Victoria’s Secret.
