Yeah. Richer older ladies tend to wear them. Went to a real nice holiday inn in Kentucky a few years ago. One of the staff was dressed perfectly! Conservative hunter green knee length skirt suit and suntan hose and heels. Perimeter mall and lenox are always good here in the ATL. I have a lady friend at the office who is in her 50’s and is a well off and she is always in skirts and hose. Classy, successful people dress and look the part!
