I am curious to know what some of you have to say.
Trust me I have played this scenario in my head many times: Plucked the nerves, moved forward and the last second completely chickened out. WEENIE

You see an attractive lady wearing hose. She takes your full attention (for whatever reason arouses your kink) unitented on the basis of what she is wearing - you can’t concentrate on the work at hand.
a) Would you have the guts to approach her and make polite conversation and eventually ask her if she would be willing to depart with her hose?
b) Approach her and offer her $$ for her hose?
Obviously being sincere and genuinely poilte would be the right course of action, and I mean by no means offence.
I get off that it is complete stranger and no ties, also as bizarre as it may sound this is not a solicitation for sex. This has made my heart palpitate faster than when I do a triathlon. It is incredible just at a stand still: I do get off on the challenge to.
I realize you can do the same thing of some website without the hassle BUT is not what I am driving at. It is more satisfying being caught up in the euphoric feeling, the mix, the correct moment, and mood.
Am I speaking for myself?
I would imagine that 99.5% of women, if approached by a complete stranger and asked if the stranger could have her hose (even if $$ is offered) would find such a request crass, inappropriate, and somewhat disconcerting or even threatening and may discourage her from wearing hose again.
However, a general comment regarding her appearance, and not a comment on one specific aspect of her appearance or attire, would be better received by her, make her feel good about herself, and have the affect of encouraging her to continue to dres in such a money.
Think about it: would you want someone off the street to approach your mother and ask if they could buy her pantyhose? How do you think she would react?
Just my 2 cents worth.

Mygirlfriend is 6′1 and very attractive. Attractive enough that she constantly gets approached (if you know what I mean) by both men and WOMEN. She is flattered but her response is ‘no thanks’. She does not change her dress attire or make changes.
The predicament is a little different here: Not interested in dating the Lady or anything like that.
Women nowadays are more sexually aware and open minded. I by no means am interested in trashy looking.
I am going beyond that. Within the context of what I am saying: Then again on my behalf, I am saying that one should be well dressed, well groomed , most definitely attractive and not have a negative impact before approaching.
I hope you understand what I am saying.
Robbie I have often dreamed your same dream. There have been many times I have seen a woman wearing pantyhose and wished ther was a way I could have them. Even worse is when you see that they have a run and you know she is going to throw them in the trash anyway. Have never worked up the nerve to ask though. If I thought it would work I would though. I guess I dont want to offend or scare some innocent woman with my fetish for pantyhose. They would not understand and would probably feel threatened.
Um, I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say, most females would be creeped out by this….
Your girlfriend gets comments about her appearance, but not requests for her clothing I assume. And even if she did, she would be an exception. Also this isn’t an example of women being sexually aware or open-minded, but more what is assumed polite and appropriate in society.

I’ve offered money for thongs before. I was in a club, the girls had been dancing, sweating, and very sexy. I offered a girl $20 for her thong. She went to the ladies room, took them off, and gave them to me with a smile. Maybe it was the rush, the coke and rum, or maybe she was horny. Who knows. She told me later that she really did it because she knew it had to take guts for me to do that. So, you never know. LOL
