Where is the top pantyhose city? I live in the south of Spain which in the summer is baking hot…ie no pantyhose to be seen. However in the winter months the hosed legs are out in force! Top places to spot mini skirts and tights are Marbella promenade and definitely Puerto Banus in the evening.

Any other recommendations?
I lived in Costa del Sol, from 83-89, and you are right. I noticed a ton of women in hose in el corte inges, especially in winter. Sometimes, around Malaga, I saw spurts of pantyhose sightings around the streets. Also, when I rode the train, the renfe, from fuengirola to malaga, in the morning, I saw a lot of hot women in business attire, skirts and hose. Thanks for bringing back the memories. BTW, I lived in Benalmadena Pueblo.

I know what you mean about the department store Corte Ingles! It’s highly air conditioned which means the female store assistants have to cover their legs…….not only great tights but cool shoes, often strapless mule types..

Another great Costa del Sol spot is the supermarket Carrefour in Estepona..the checkout girls often wear short skirts and hose…the high seats they sit on push back the skirt……….mmmmmmmmmm

You have to love the Japanese. When it comes to finding material on any kind of fetish, they are sure to have it.

With regards to pantyhose, its a virtual paradise.

I have a certain fondness for uniform pantyhose situations, and the Japanese just love uniforms.

A great example is nursing uniforms. Where in America do you find nurses wearing the traditional white uniform and hose? it’s all baggy scrubs.

I remember reading an article about a year ago that said traditional nursing uniforms were making a small comeback in certain hospitals and care facilities.

The move away from uniforms to scrubs has led to a perception by the public that the profession is not as well trained or competent as in previous generations.

Also, except for the doctors and administrators, everyone in these facilities is wearing scrubs– from the nurses to the janitors to the cafeteria workers. The public couldn’t really tell the difference between who was who.

Essentially the argument was made that these highly trained and educated nursing professionals were being seen on the same level as other hospital support staff.

Another argument that was made that the scrubs takes away the authority of nurses. Managing wards and patiens depends on getting them do what you want them to do. Getting the patient absorbed in to the hospital routine is key. Which is why getting patients out of street clothes is so important.

However, if the nursing staff is seen as running around in their PJ’s as well (i.e. scrubs) than its harder for patients to take them seriously and recognize their authority.

Of course, there is the usual resistance by some of the nursing professionls– “I”m never going back to a uniform…” “I’m never going to back to wearing hose…”

We’ll see. Things change.
