In my experience trust and honesty are the key. I think you begin sliding down the slippery slope when your fetish becomes more important to you then your wife or girlfriend because the other guy is going to be shoering her with affection while you may be masternating in the corner.

The wife and I have fooled around in the past. But we’ve pretty much tamed down. We always did this together, and it was kept as recreational sex, not intamate. Communication, and honesty is a must for this scenerio. We probably were a bit picky, as we never went to clubs in search. Instead we replied on the internet and tried to become friends too.
