I used to have a few issues of PHP, and a few photo sets. Cindy, the red head, was my favorite.
The thing was, for the prices they were charging, it was not really worth the magasine itself. Maybe it was necessary since Pamela had a very small business.
I no longer have anything I bought. I never was much into videos.
I still have a number of the “Pantyhose Parade” publications. I have always wondered where I could get a few more issues to complete my collection. I particularly enjoyed some of the sexy readers’ photos and letters from ones like Beverly the teacher/pantyhose exhibitionist. It seems that the internet helped to take away a good deal of Pamela’s business but I miss sending away for an issue or some of the photo sets.
I had so many copies. Sandy, Debra, Kristy, Shannon, The Cheerleaders, etc. All of them chatting about pantyhose, mentioning pantyhose over and over. Pamela even sent me a pair of her hose! If any of you would like me to make DVDs of it, I will. PM me.

You have to remember that Pamela Peterson was basically pre-internet. Back in the dinosaur days of snail mail.
I think I learned about her photo sets through an ad in the back of “Leg Show”.
I think I ordered my first photo set in 1989 or so. “Brandy” I think it was.
Anyway, it was a business based on mail order– crude catalogs and the like.
I think she went out of business in about 1996. She just didn’t move the business over to the internet. Maybe she didn’t have the technical know how.
I will always remember those photo sets and tapes. The really catered to the PH lover in a time when there just wasn’t a lot of material out there.

I think Pamela Peterson went the same way as Fiona Cooper in the UK. The move from photos and video tapes by mail order to on line distribution was something they failed to adapt to. It is obvious that if you are selling sets of 20 6×4 photos for £6 ($12) then cheap fast internet connections and home scanners can destroy your business.
I did offer to set up a web site for Fiona Cooper, and to digitise their catalogue way back in the mid 90s, but they weren’t interested. Part of the problem was that they charged for the catalogue and though having it on line would damage revenue…. crazy!
