You know what I would love to see? A website or group dedicated to pantyhose picture before 1990. I would love to see someone in a picture wearing Undie-Leggs or No Nonsense Easy to be Me. I was in my teens and loving that. Why I never took pictures of my girlfriends wearing these hose is a mystery to me.

The problem with trying to recreate that now is if you found a pair of Undie-Leggs on ebay, and did a photo shoot, is that the waistband on pantyhose that are older than 5 years start deteriorating and won’t stay up.

I do have to agree with you on that, I love seeing women in any type of pants (mainly dress pants) and hose.

I think that the spike may be due to the fact that girls are finally realizing that bare feet and heels is incredibly uncomfortable, and makes your feet sore and stink. the ol lady and i went to Value city to take a pair of shoes back she got for christmas that were the wrong size and while there we raided the PH rack. the section wasn’t huge but they had a few styles they don’t normally have at other stores. i got a few pair of tights and regular PH fro myself and a couple pair of Ph for the ol lady. if you have one of these in your area go check it out.

I think the main reason you are seeing pantyhose on the road is because men are wearing them during the day and before they get home they need to discard them, i.e., the don’t want to be caught by the wife. I know a few guys in Maryland who do this often. The pantyhose are most often free of runs and have been worn but once so it’s really a waste but they say they can’t afford to get caught by their wives.
I have a real hard time picking up ‘random’ hose from the road. Not to mention the dirt and grime, but I since I never know who wore them, it’s hard to get excited by it. That’s part of the appeal to me - is knowing who’s body they were on. As long as the girl was somewhat attractive, I’m game!
