The problem with permits it that you have to get govenment permission to breathe in this country anymore, and they’re trying to pass it off as a free nation.

The 1st amendment says we have the right to peaceably assemble and doesn’t say anything about a permit to do it.

I say do your thing and don’t bother with the permits. You have the right to do it, and on Constitutional grounds no government man can tell you otherwise.
