If, however, you were using a condom you would want to use a water-based lubricant because anything else will cause the latex to break down which renders the condom useless. Some toys may also suffer damage if used with an oil-based lubricant.

Another type I haven’t tried before is silicon-based lubricant. Apparently it never dries up. I’m curious to try it.

Right now I usually use a brand called Wet although I usually grab a few mini sampler lubes from the rack just to try some different ones.
