anyone have dreams about being at a gathering within the last month or so…i know thats kind of a vague question but ive heard a few friends had them, as well as myself… i dreamed i was at a rainbow gathering, coming into the gathering, and got distracted by a camp, then i got drunk, and then things happened with the leo’s(very violent and unneccasary to speak aboot)
ive had alotta weird crazy dreams that involved gatherings but cant remember any the past couple months
but often many of my stranger dreams somehow revolve around trying to get to a gathering, or just 1 being within the area

wat do u think could be improved about rainbow..i think it might b one of the near perfect things out there…but i suppose like anything it could b better, wat needs to change…besides tha fall of babylon and no more drainbows and all that

Well, it isn’t like a real gathering, and the cops are like sharks, i paid a 50 dollar federal parking ticket for a 45 sec turn around while i was parking. Over time Ocala has become the "Ocala Party In The Woods", & not a rainbow gathering, take your chances.

Oh, & plan on freezing weather, bring winter clothes, Blankets & panchos, i am not jokeing. I have slept with my dog in my sleepingbag so he did not freeze.

I dont know if anyone is really gonna understand this, and i have a.d.d. so bear with me if i go in different directions here and there.
I just turned 40 last month, the last 17 years i lived in Michigan. Ive always been a wanderer and never stayed in one place too long except there, and i dont know why.
I have no family to speak of, my friends have always been my fam. I lived on the streets for 8 years during my teens and early 20’s. Now i find myself in Portland Oregon and i really dont know why. I just packed up some things and left Michigan 4 weeks ago. I really like it here and im looking for work but something is missing and i cant really put my finger on it.

Bunch of dirty freeloading vegabonds is what you are. Lets travel to the National Forrest , eat jimsom weed , get hauled out by ambulance left and right , crap all over the place and call it a gathering. I was fortunate enough to see this sad debacle for myself while climbing in the grand canyon in 94. A gathering was going on in the Kaibab National Forest so me and my buddy decided to see what all the hoopla was about. We each had enough liquid L to give every resident of Withita Kansas a good dose had we wanted to. Upon getting to our campsite I broke out a bottle of fine whiskey when I was confronted by people that I couldnthave that here. I had to go to another camp called A-camp if I wanted to drink. I told them to fuck off and I will do as I please. After me and my climbing partner had dropped about 500 micrograms each and finished half the bottle of whiskey , I decided that I was hungry , and those cutthroat trout I had in the cooler were sounding a might taste. As I lit the grill a group of other rainbow "elders"told us that that was prohibited. Once again I told them to fuck off. Anyway , they seemed to not like us , but they had no problem trying to beg killer ganja and liquid L off of us. They would come up to me and give me a rock(not a crystal)as a gift and that meant I had to dose them or give them gang.

I find myself typing the same things over and over again, links to local family sites and egroups, Lightline numbers, and links to WelcomeHome and WelcomeHere. How do we get a "Sticky" like they have in some of the other forums, so all that info can stay at the top? Maybe a brief description of what the Rainbow Family is, and what we do when we are (and are not?) in the woods. Do only moderators have access to the button that makes a thread Sticky?

How else can we make this Forum better?

when attacked with hate attempts to destroy the unity of our community, seperate & eliminate its nice to see so many people come together to defend every member of the community
i also get a kick out of seeing so many straight people acting gayer then gay just to expose and mock the rediculousness of the hipocrasy
