One time not long ago, I was up at the university to hear someone speak and was hanging around outside the auditorium waiting , with a group of random people, for the doors to open. Everybody, except me, was all yuppied out with the suits and the slacks and the shirts with buttons and all that. So, as I’m uncomfortably trying to mingle, this woman, who was near me, sneezed and ended up with snot all on her face and hand. She was all embarassed. I guess I can understand, after all here is this yuppie woman all dressed up, with her hair did, and her make-up and nails done, and then she goes and sneezes all over herself in front of all her friends. I was trying to be polite so I pulled out a hankerchief and held it out to her and said "Here’s a clean skank."

I have some general questions about the council process I’m hoping to get answered.

First, do I have this basic information correct? As far as I have learned, there is Vision Council on July 7th, then Thanksgiving council, then Scout Council, then Spring Council, then the National Gathering. I would assume that the locations of the next council would be decided upon at each council, or else things could get very confusing later on when the time comes to have the council.

Dear gang,

As I think I’ve mentioned here before, I’m planning — for the tenth or eleventh straight year — to attend my very first Rainbow Family gathering. As some of you may know from the Bare It forum, I’m also a bit of a nudist. I wouldn’t call myself a direhard or a fanatic, but I’ve never been one to keep my clothes on when I get a green light to strip them off.

From what I understand, Rainbow gatherins are nude-friendly, at least in principle. In every Rainbow photo album, I’ve seen at least one picture of a naked guy or gal. But something tells me there are rules of protocol that limit where and when to strip off. Rainbows being rainbows, the rules are probably unwritten and subject to dispute. So I’m asking you all now: what tips would you give a would-be sun worshipper on how to enjoy himself at a gathering without offending anyone?

Why does it seem like they have money for everything until I need something? They’re a bunch of conservative wackos, that’s what they are. I want to go so badly. This is exactly the thing that can heal my desire for the sixties, but no. I can’t go.
I know its frustrating. Before I moved to my own appartment my parents didnt allow me to do lots of things and didnt give me money. But I love my parents! And you should love your parents too =]
They are insensitive. They think I can’t function in society and want to send me to school on the internet. Just because I’m different. I find it hard to love them when they don’t even try to understand.

i have asthma and am trying to find alternative ways of treating it.
i’ve been smoking mullein occasionally and it helps a little bit but i’m still depending largely on my chemical babylon made inhaler that i know is very bad for my health.

i would absolutely love to hear any suggestions about any herbs or kinds of breathing exercises or anything at all that might help

at the time she was livin in tulsa with her asshole husband and his meth dealin family and her 2 beautiful girls
her husbands family were also born again christian alcaholic drug dealers which odviosly isnt exactly a great match for a free spirited hippie pagan firewalker who only ended up in tulsa married to an asshole cause she found a key chain that said tulsa on it..so she took it as an omen and moved there..
