Well i’ve decided to legally (babylonely?) change my name……….just don’t know what to change it to yet………..any ideas on how I can lead myself to what fits?
After a while you’ll either find one or one will find you. Try and find one that reflects who you are. Whether that be ‘Grasshopper’, ‘Gutter Puke’ or anywhere in between.
I don’t think it would be very wise to change it legally until you’re comfortable with your new name.
I’m not a lawyer, so I may be making things up. However, I think that if you live in the United States you can change your name just by using a new one. However, you can get a court order so people won’t think you’re a fugitive assuming a new identity.

Basically, I need my family. I’ve been going crazy. I’ve taken my PRAXIS 1, which is the teacher certification test, three times and have failed the math section three times by one point! This test used to be free, but now it costs $150! I work too much and sleep too little. I need a vacation. I need my family. The wheel is turning. Summer is slowly coming. Woodstock’s Child…do your homework (search the forum) and before you jump up and down in happiness, please consider that the last time there was a Gathering in the state that will make you happy there was a very high law enforcement presence (not that there won’t be law enforcement where ever we are…and that is something you should think about of your parents are against you going to Rainbow in the first place. The LEOs at the Gathering get daily description lists of runaways…)

i’ve read through the basics thread, but i’m still kinda blurry on the whole idea of the Rainbow Family, i read an article about the Rainbow Family in the December 2006 High Times and i’m quite intrigued and would like to know what i can about the Rainbow Family.

Bunch of dirty freeloading vegabonds is what you are. Lets travel to the National Forrest , eat jimsom weed , get hauled out by ambulance left and right , crap all over the place and call it a gathering. I was fortunate enough to see this sad debacle for myself while climbing in the grand canyon in 94. A gathering was going on in the Kaibab National Forest so me and my buddy decided to see what all the hoopla was about. We each had enough liquid L to give every resident of Withita Kansas a good dose had we wanted to. Upon getting to our campsite I broke out a bottle of fine whiskey when I was confronted by people that I couldnthave that here. I had to go to another camp called A-camp if I wanted to drink. I told them to fuck off and I will do as I please. After me and my climbing partner had dropped about 500 micrograms each and finished half the bottle of whiskey , I decided that I was hungry , and those cutthroat trout I had in the cooler were sounding a might taste. As I lit the grill a group of other rainbow "elders"told us that that was prohibited. Once again I told them to fuck off. Anyway , they seemed to not like us , but they had no problem trying to beg killer ganja and liquid L off of us. They would come up to me and give me a rock(not a crystal)as a gift and that meant I had to dose them or give them gang.
